Placement Cell

Brief Description

The college has an active placement cell. Which includes placement officers and members appointed from among the professors. The placement cell helps the students to get jobs in various sectors. Cells coordinate with HR departments of various corporates / MNCs, send students for off campus job fairs and conduct interviews on college campuses.

To prepare students with the ability and employment skills to be part of various companies and offices.

Functions of Placement Cell

To create employment awareness among students of various disciplines.
Collecting, managing and updating student and company data.
Collect information on job fairs and employment opportunities.
Informing students about pre-placement activities, job opportunities and campus selection through notice boards.
Helping to develop the skills needed for campus recruitment.
Networking with various companies for campus selection.
Conducting on and off campus interviews.
Conducting career guidance sessions.

Activities conducted under the Placement Cell

The guest lecture was organized on 28/9/2018 on “The Competitive Exams and Job Opportunities” of Postal Assistant Mr. Arvind Kumar.
On 21/10/2018, the final year students of the degree visited “Enkrish BPO” and took informative about the working of B.P.O.
Conducting Career Guidance on 21/1/2019. The workshop provided expert guidance on "Pre-Placement and Placement” as well as Job Fair".
Mr. Mandar Bhanage delivered a lecture on “Personality Development through Communication Skills” on 30/01/2019.
On 18 th March 2021, a camp was organized on the topic 'Various Skill Development Schemes of Central Government and Government of Maharashtra'.
